    The hostel is great!! The rooms are very comfortable and clean and the people are very nice!Since it’s in Camden the location is great to walk around and take the subway and buses to all over the city.

    It's 5 storey building without an elevator (lift). The building supposed to be for private use that's why it's extremely narrow all over. The most upsetting thing was extremely small and compounded bath with toilet which was in constant use or used into a degree that won't be usable afterwards. If you want to take a shower or morning toilet before check out then wake up at 6am.The building and direct neighbourhood is degraded and resembles affordable supported housing area. In my room there was a guy snoring all night, and as premises are small and walls thin, the neighbours from upstairs were annoyed and they started banging the floor. They also banged from morning to make sure that guy would move out. I do not recommend for stays over 2 days or if you have suitcase, as the stairs are steep and extremely narrow. There was also a big construction going on (new building) so sleeping daytime after 9am was impossible. I must note that cleaning staff were professional and free of charge ironing board was available.

    I went to The Underground for a gig, so the location was perfect! Just what I needed for a cheap night’s stay. I like the idea of using both Goki and the paper room ticket. I really liked having the option of an en-suite and large lockers. Good service too, kind staff! If I had to fault anything it would be that the shower/toilet is a bit of a tight squeeze, but that’s understandable. Check-out was a bit frustrating as the heating was blaring and there was nobody at the desk. But there was a box where you could put your ticket and check-out that way, which made it far easier. Overall, I’d 100% stay here again and recommend the Smart Camden Inn for anyone looking for a hostel in the area!
