    St. Christophers Inn here in Hammersmith is really very nice. I have been here before. Unfortunately, they are closing, which is very sad because it’s in a really nice location and the staff are nice. Even though they’re closing, I want to give them a good review because it is a nice place.

    We ran out of hot water this Saturday at the hostel! The receptionist told us that they could only fix it after 10 am, and there's nobody there! Absurd!!!! Will we be reimbursed???? I couldn't go to work until the shower is fixed and there's hot water for all the guests!!! Will we be reimbursed?!? We pay and there's no hot water to shower with???? The bare minimum for a hostel!! The manager??? doesn't solve anything!!! Is he paid to work or just to talk??? He doesn't solve anything! He talks more like a parrot than he does anything!!! This is disrespectful to those of us who paid!!! We want our money back for this stay.i

    The location itself was amazing a bit loud because of the sirens however you can’t really hear inside the rooms, isa was amazing as always, It’s not my first time coming, I was really happy to see her here
