    A gem with an amazing team

    This is the 2nd time we have stayed at St James and it just gets better everytime.The rooms are wonderful and the facilities superb. The location is 2nd too non and the food fantastic. We had the Midsummer Night's dream Afternoon tea which was delicious and a great experience.However, the highlight are the staff! We have been made to feel very special everytime we have been there and this time was next level. Prativa made the check in a very special experience and couldnt have been more helpful, the concierges Jean and William were amazing and really helped us out and it was fantastic to meet Binayak, who was so helpful in helping us with our next stay and Amar and Krishnanaveni who looked after us in the bar!The staff are amazing and are the main reason we go back! I have missed so many great people out!Thank you all, especially Prativa and Binayak! Binayak kolagi - Dherai Dhanybhad, ekdam ramro manche cha. Shyabash bhai! Dhanybad :)

    We hadn’t stayed at St. James’ Court for quite some time, but with an early appointment in Westminster on a Monday morning, it felt like the perfect opportunity to return. From the moment we checked in, everything felt wonderfully familiar. The warm, friendly welcome from the team was exactly as we remembered, making us feel genuinely valued as guests.Our room/suite was lovely, spacious, comfortable, and beautifully appointed, with plenty of room to relax and unwind. Thankfully all the maintenance issues we experienced last time had been sorted. One of the things we have always admired about this hotel is its stunning architecture and charming courtyard, both of which give the property a unique character and sense of history that is increasingly rare to find. The layout of the hotel does mean it can feel like a bit of a walk from reception to some of the rooms especially the rooms we always go for, but this was more than offset by the attentiveness of the staff, who were more than happy to assist with our luggage and ensure everything was as easy as possible. Although we didn’t dine in the hotel in the evening, breakfast was superb. The quality of the food was excellent, and the service was equally impressive, professional, attentive, and genuinely welcoming.What continues to make St. James’ Court so special is the wonderful sense of heritage and history throughout the property, combined with the consistently high standards of hospitality. It was a pleasure to return after some time away, and we very much look forward to staying again in the future.     We stayed for one night over the bank holiday weekend and it has now become our favourite hotel in London, surpassing number 41. We arrived early and were able to get an early check in and a generous upgrade go a junior suite kindly granted by Prativa- thank you. The room was fabulous. We have stayed in many five star hotel across the world and our experience at St James Court rates up there with the very best like four seasons and fairmont. Everything was spot on from breakfast to extra touches like cakes left in our room for our family celebration, warm smiles on the door and helpful recommendations by the concierge Jean in advance. Superbly located for the palace and easy tube access too. Very many thanks to all.
