Today is 30 of December 2023. I made a booking one month ago. It's 11:30 am and they just cancelled my booking 4 hours before the check in. It's new year's weekend and everything is fully booked. What a disgraceful management!!

Good location to visit the center and other places around south London, would be great if the apartment would be cleaned, and towels replaced and paper reposed. The other things were ok. We stayed comfortable

the reception staff were awesome, said hi and bye everytime. offered halloween candy and upon checkout offered fresh bananas or apples. also didn't laugh at our costumes (we were at comic con this weekend) and said we looked great! so thank you! DLR literally a 10 second walk away too :) really nice stay overall, well chuffed.

We liked it very much in the hotel. The DLR station is next to the hotel what is very comfotable. The hotel and the room is modern and clean. Check-in and check-out were easy and quik. And its a really good price for such a nice hotel!

required improvement for housekeeping schedule and need to reconsider their agreement with taxi services. Further, pictures uploaded with the booking was for larger room, but allocated room space was very small considering the studio definition.
