Location

The boat has a lift and features 136 cabins. The friendly staff at the guest services desk are happy to answer any questions. Amenities include a baggage storage service, a safe and a currency exchange service. Wireless internet access in public areas allows passengers to stay connected. The boat has a range of facilities for guests with disabilities. The boat has wheelchair-accessible facilities. A parking deck is available to those who wish to travel with their own car. Other services include a car hire service, cabin service, a laundry service and a coin-operated laundry. A fax machine and a projector can be found in the conference area.

Facility

Air conditioning and central heating ensure that cabins maintain comfortable temperatures. Guests can enjoy the view onto the street from a balcony or terrace. The cabins have a double bed and a sofa bed. Extra beds can be requested. A safe, a minibar and a desk are also available. A refrigerator and a tea/coffee station are standard features. An ironing set is provided for passengers' convenience. A telephone, a TV, a radio, an alarm clock and WiFi (no extra charge) are provided as well.     Great hotel but eat elsewhere

    Really enjoyed our stay at this quirky hotel but the food and food prices were disappointing. Dinner prices were way above average and quality was mediocre. Breakfast was also underwhelming, on the hot buffet items, only the baked beans were actually hot, everything else was cold.Staff in all areas were brilliant, very helpful and friendly. We would stay here again but eat our meals outside of the hotel.

    Another stay in the quirkiest hotel in London...Everything from check-in (with the amazingly helpful Luca) to rooms & dining is fabulous. Staff are exceptionally friendly.     My friend and I stayed for a night in May as we were going to a show at O2. The position is fab for the cable car, although it stops at 10pm/11pm on Fri/sat. The room was 10/10, Luca at reception was 11/10 he was so helpful with our questions and lovely smiley guy , we will definitely be returning!!Great breakfast as well.     30th wedding anniversary stay on The Sunborn

    We stayed 2 nights at The Sunborn Luxury Yacht in London for our 30th wedding anniversary. The place was stunning, the staff were so helpful and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend it.
