    Two Bedroom Knightsbridge Suite

    rating08 Jun 2026

Beautiful hotel in the upscale Knightsbridge district of downtown London. Centrally located and a short walking distance from Harrods and Hyde Park. Our suite was large and nicely appointed with two bedrooms, a large sitting area, and a dining area where we had breakfast delivered every morning. The entire staff were very customer service oriented and the cleaning staff were very thorough and provided cleaning service in the morning and turndown service in the evening. The doormen were also really good about flagging down taxis for us when needed. Our suite was not ready when we arrived and the concierge provided us with a resting room in the interim which was a nice touch. The two-bedroom Knightsbridge Suite was located on a busy street but it was very well insulated with cloth panels on the walls and we didn’t hear any traffic noise unless it was a car honking or an ambulance siren. The beds and pillows were very comfortable and the water pressure in the shower was fantastic. We had a lovely stay, however, I did take away one star for a couple of reasons: (1) Hyde Park views noted for the marketing material for the Knightsbridge Suite is a bit of a stretch as the only thing visible from all of the windows in our suite was a busy street and then some trees on the other side of the road. Yes, Hyde Park is just across the street but nothing is visible from the suite itself but a tree-lined street. (2) Be cautious of utilizing the mini bar as it is not complimentary and we ended up spending literally hundreds of pounds without realizing it was not included until checkout. I take full responsibility for not confirming that “mini bar stocked with British treats” in the marketing material wasn’t complimentary as is the norm in most two-bedroom suites in 5-star luxury hotels given the price per night but I do believe it was a little misleading and should have been clearly stated or we likely would not have used it. An expensive lesson learned for me for future hotel stays. The hotel did provide plenty of complimentary bottled drinking water which was much appreciated. Kostas Sfaltos, General Manager at The Berkeley, responded to this review Dear I6308HZdianecThank you for the review of your recent stay with us.We are delighted to hear that you enjoyed our Knightsbridge location, your two-bedroom Knightsbridge Suite, the comfort of the beds, the breakfast service, and the service provided by our team. It is especially rewarding to know that our concierge, housekeeping colleagues, and doormen helped make your visit seamless and memorable. We are also pleased that the temporary resting room provided upon arrival was a welcome touch while your suite was being prepared. We greatly appreciate your feedback regarding the suite view and minibar experience and your comments help us identify opportunities to improve the guest experience. We are delighted that you had a lovely stay overall and hope to have the pleasure of welcoming you back on a future occasion.Kind regardsKostas Sfaltos, Managing Director

    Best yet !

    rating03 Jun 2026

We stayed here for only 2 nights sadly. End of a wonderful trip through Scotland and the Lake District and home through Heathrow. The hotel is beautiful and Adrian and Mohammed were tremendous. Recommending sights and arranging transport whenever necessary. Both lovely chaps as they say. The rooftop bar at their sister property has a killer view of the city. It isn’t cheap but it is worth the price. Also the Grolet cafe is not to be missed. There are other legacy hotels in London to be sure but the Berkeley ranks right up there. Kostas Sfaltos, General Manager at The Berkeley, responded to this review Thank you so much for your review and we are so pleased that you enjoyed your time with us. We greatly appreciate your lovely comments about the team and facilities and hope to be able to welcome you back again on a future occasion.Kindest regardsKostas Sfaltos, Managing Director

    Berkeley bliss

    rating24 May 2026

Another visit to our favourite London hotel with our two boys to celebrate a birthday. As usual, the best welcome in town with all the team headed by David and Paul. One room was ready, complete with cakes, presents and balloons, the other wasn’t as the hotel was so busy.No surprise there with the fantastic rooftop pool in the heatwave.Director of guest services,Sergio Utrilla, came to our rescue and gave us the most beautiful suite, the Knightsbridge Pavilion, which is out of this world. So kind of him.Everything else was the usual Berkeley perfection, especially ABC for breakfast.Delicious food in the fabulous dining room watching London drive by!Two nights is never enough, but it makes us look forward to the next visit…! Kostas Sfaltos, General Manager at The Berkeley, responded to this review Dear ARUSSELL12We greatly appreciate your lovely words and are so pleased that you and your family enjoyed your stay with us. We look forward to welcoming you back again soon.Kindest regardsKostas Sfaltos, Managing Director

    Not a family hotel …,

    rating23 May 2026

I have never experienced anything like it at this level ! £1000 PN no breakfast , can’t use roof top pool as always too busy , took my son to indoor pool only to be told he can’t use .., it’s just a joke ! This is absolutely not a family hotel !!! I would avoid this hotel , much much better at less price around . Again , THIS IS NOT GOOD FOR FAMILIES !!!! Kostas Sfaltos, General Manager at The Berkeley, responded to this review Dear andrewlR6030QEWe are naturally very sorry to learn of your disappointment following your recent visit. Unfortunately, due to the heatwave, demand for our swimming pool on the rooftop was exceptionally high over the weekend, and we sincerely apologise for any inconvenience or disappointment this may have caused. Children are welcome to use the rooftop pool at any time during opening hours when accompanied by an adult. For our indoor swimming pool within the spa, we offer designated family-friendly hours in both the morning and afternoon to ensure we can balance the wellness experience for all of our residential guests. We do offer a range of breakfast-inclusive packages and promotions, and we apologise if it was not clear that breakfast was not included in the rate you selected at the time of booking. We do hope you may reconsider and allow us the opportunity to welcome you back in the future, so that we may provide a more positive experience and endeavour to improve your impression of the hotel.Kind regardsKostas Sfaltos, Managing Director

    Great location, nice hotel.

    rating09 May 2026

Stayed for 2 nights in May and would stay again. A few hiccups on arrival with the wrong room being allocated and then we had to wait an hour for another. But once we were in our room it was nice. Beds are excellent, really comfortable. Location is great for walking everywhere - walked to Harrods, the Kings Road and also to Piccadilly and the theatres. Staff are friendly. Kostas Sfaltos, General Manager at The Berkeley, responded to this review Dear mon_t332Thank you very much for your review. We are sorry for your initial arrival experience however we are so pleased that you enjoyed the hotel location, your room, as well as the friendliness of the team. We do hope to be able to welcome you back on a future occasion.Kindest regardsKostas Sfaltos, Managing Director
