116 rooms, including 111 double rooms, are located on 4 storeys and can be reached by lift. Staffed 24 hours a day, the reception desk provides a smooth check-in/check-out service.     Room disappointingly no coffee making facilities no kettle etc having arrived late also no toilet paper or shampoo these are requirements for a 3 star never mind crown hotel.

    I stay here every time I come to London, incredibly good hotel, always very clean and modern and has everything anyone could need. The location is brilliant, so close to many shops and food spots and the restaurant itself is always good food.The staff are fantastic, I always seem to run into Nishkarsh and he is so welcoming and nice, I was greeted today by Toloo who was also very welcoming and smiley. Couldn’t ask for better hospitality.

    Brilliant service, however bathtub would not fill up. I think it is standard to have a safe in the hotel room.

    A fantastic experience at The Crown in Cricklewood!!! The staff were all lovely with a special mention to the wonderfully kind and compassionate lady at reception Florame who went out of her way in many ways and helped me find a room last minute after a bad experience elsewhere, a 10/10 to her!! The room was lovely and quiet, and the stunning hotel lobby had a look of old world charm. The restaurant attached was also delicious. I look forward to coming back one day again!
