    Disgusting !

Looking at many reviews of this Hotel I cannot understand how this establishment is allowed to remain open. Immediately we stepped on to the drive our hearts sank. The net curtains were hanging down the brickwork was flaking and the place looked like it was falling apart. Inside was even worse. The gentlemen who greeted us was friendly enough but told me himself he lived in Crystal Palace. ( I'm not surprised)I booked two rooms one for myself and one for my daughter and granddaughter. My room was small and

    Worst hotel ever

AVOID!! this was the worst hotel I have ever been in, it will teach me to be cheap but even then it was not worth the money I paid. When we got there the receptionist was on her phone and carried and speaking on the phone when greeting us and didn't bother hanging up. We had to walk through a dirty kitchen to get to our room. We locked our room when we went out and when we got back it was unlocked and the bathroom light was on. The beds were hard and really uncomfortable, the cables were exposed and very unsafe, the bathroom was dirty we never used the shower i would rather stink than use that shower, we went to bed fully clothed and slept on top of the bed rather than get inside it, felt we had to sleep with one eye open did not feel secure. When we left in the morning there was someone in the kitchen pouring himself a cider. I am just glad we only stayed for the one night.

Keep going for details. What's the email address or phone number for this booking? The hotel hotel should be shut down, it disgusting degrading dirty, filthy blanket the place doesn't cater for a disabled person even though I emailed twice with no response of having a ground floor. On arrival I was forced to mount about 20 steps by the time I got up to the box room I was tired and breathlessness 😫 shortly after I needed to use the toilet there was **** on the floor which I nearly slipped. The bed room bed cover had **** on it, it was smelly like someone had *** in there. The room smelt stagnant, I didn't wash in bathroom needed to get back to the hospital fast. This place seems like a knocking shop.No to crystal hotel.

A fairly honest analysis of a failing Fawlty Towers

    rating11 May 2022

You don’t expect much from a budget hotel. But ejaculate and faeces isn’t something you expect to bargain for on your bedsheets and walls of your room. We booked 3 rooms, all decorated to a similar standard on the excrement scale. The heating in one room could have throughly cooked an apple pie, whilst the other two would have made penguins feel right at home. A concerning lack of towels and shower gels and washable for anyone even vaguely interested in scrubbing off the smell of bile from your body. The C wing of Strangeways would be begging for their mothers. Avoid like the plague it appears have been perpetually trapped in.
