    Much better than I expected!

    rating07 Nov 2025

I was so worried after reading other reviews. Stayed one night for work. Check in is at The Beverley Hotel. Receptionist was pleasant and gave directions to The Eaton Townhouse which is about 5 minutes walk away. The Eaton Townhouse has 8 rooms. No lift. My room was small but much better than I was expecting! The carpet could have done with a good clean around the edges but apart from that the room and bathroom were clean. Bed was comfortable. Air con was great. Elemis products in the bathroom. Nice powerful shower.Great for a one night stay and would stay again. Location felt safe. Plenty of places to eat nearby. Andrei S, Other at The Eaton Townhouse, responded to this review Dear,Thank you very much for taking the time to share your detailed feedback. We’re delighted to hear that you enjoyed your stay and that the room, amenities, and location met your expectations. It’s wonderful to know that our team made your check-in smooth and that you would consider staying with us again. We also appreciate your comments regarding the carpet, and we’ll make sure this is addressed with our housekeeping team to ensure everything is kept to our usual high standards. We truly value your kind words and look forward to welcoming you back on your next visit.Warm regards,Mohammed

    Small but comfortable

    rating06 Jul 2025

The room was small and a bit difficult to get around in because we didn't have space for our luggage to be open for use. I would recommend this room for light travel or short stay. We did stay here for one night while in London and it met our needs. The carpet was a bit stained. The Bathroom was clean and it was decent in size. We were able to check in early, which was nice and accommodating for our travel needs. The Eaton Townhouse is not where you check in, so you have to go to a different place to check in and the walk to your room location, but it is not very far. Bed was comfortable. Andrei S, Other at The Eaton Townhouse, responded to this review Dear JenifernThank you for taking the time to share your experience with us. We are pleased to hear that you found the room comfortable, the bathroom clean, and that our team was able to accommodate an early check-in to support your travel needs. We appreciate your feedback regarding the room size, luggage space, and the condition of the carpet. Your comments are important and will be shared with our team as we continue working to improve the guest experience. It was a pleasure hosting you during your visit to London, and we hope to welcome you again in the future.Warm regards,Mohammed

    Disappointed.

    rating16 Nov 2023

Avoid this place!! It is terrible, I booked this place for my wife and I for 2 nights 10th & 11th November 2023 , on arrival we had to go to the Beverly hotel to pick up our keys for the Eaton House ( yeah ok) not!! The Eaton House is a 10 minutes walk from the Beverly which is fine, but, we were given a room on the lower ground floor, it was basically an ensuite bedroom with a view from the window onto a brick wall, there was no wardrobe, the toilet door hit the bed when you opened it, the paint was peeling off the wall and it was tiny.So after a complaint we were moved up to the Beverly hotel into a Luxury room? Which was basically just the same but it was upstairs and had a wardrobe, I had booked this ( S-Hole ) for my wife's birthday, my god I felt so bad, what a way to celebrate a birthday.Do not go here it is very expensive for a bedroom with or without a wardrobe!! Andrei S, Other at The Eaton Townhouse, responded to this review Dear Frank,We sincerely apologize for the disappointing experience you and your wife encountered during your stay at Eaton House. Avoid at all costs

    rating11 Oct 2023

Absolutely avoid at all costs. I wish I had read other reviews. Service was atrocious . Firstly I didn’t get the room I booked. Check in time was meant to be 3 and I didn’t get a room until 6.45pm. I was told to wait in a cafe and get a coffee. The aircon was down and I was just told ‘you have a fan and keep the window open. It was 30 degrees outside and I didn’t get any sleep for 2 nights. The internet didn’t work. All of this with no apologies or options for anything else. Finally when I checked out the concierge told me I would get a refund. Well, upper management through subsequent emails refused to honour this and after 15 emails just offered a 50% discount on a future stay. Needless to say I’l never stay there again. No doubt there will be a response to this saying I got offered another room for the second night but this is just false. DO NOT BOOK HERE Andrei S, Other at The Eaton Townhouse, responded to this review Dear Chris,Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. Not great, broken door to room.

    rating08 Jul 2023

Me and my partner stayed in this hotel for 2 nights. Firstly, nothing in the booking i originally made indicated that it was a sister hotel to a different one that was 5 minutes away, which is where you would check in and collect the room key from. The hotel room was pretty nice but a standard hotel room. Nice TV but our remote did not work, didn’t even have a back on the batteries, just some tape. We left for dinner that evening and when we came back, the door to our room would not open, no matter how much we pressed the key card to it. I rang the reception and she made us a new one, therefore we had to walk to the other hotel to collect it. We went back to our room and still, the keycard would not open the door. I rang again and the lady came round to our room, and came to the conclusion that the issue was the door itself and she’ll send someone the next morning to fix it. Me and my partner were pretty annoyed as we now couldn’t go back out that evening and were stuck in the room. We were not offered a change of rooms or anything like that. The next day someone finally comes in the afternoon to ‘fix the door’, but instead she came in and fixed the safe? I’m glad we were still in the room to see this, otherwise we would have returned late at night from ‘the weeknd’ concert and the door would not have opened again. I once again rang reception and told them what happened, they said they’ll send her around again. At this point it was about 1:30pm and no sign of anyone. We ended up leaving as we did not want to waste anymore of our day. I rang reception later in the afternoon where they then confirmed the doorhad been fixed. When we checked out the following day i told the 2 men at reception that i wasn’t happy or impressed with this, and neither had much to say, just ‘sorry’. For the price of almost £350 that we paid, i feel we were totally ripped off, and not offered any compensation at all. Wouldn’t recommend this place. Andrei S, Other at The Eaton Townhouse, responded to this review Thank you for taking the time to provide detailed feedback regarding your recent stay. We sincerely apologize for the multiple issues you experienced, particularly with the check-in process and the keycard access to your room. Your comments have been shared with our management and maintenance teams to ensure that these issues are addressed and prevented in the future. We truly appreciate your feedback, as it helps us improve both our service and communication with guests. While we cannot change the past, we would welcome the opportunity to regain your trust should you choose to stay with us again, and we would ensure your experience is handled with the care and attention you deserve.Sincerely,Mohammed
