    We had an enjoyable stay. The service was very good, and the staff were friendly and helpful throughout our visit. We especially appreciated being able to borrow a travel adapter, check in early, and leave our luggage after check-out at no extra cost. The hotel is in a convenient location, just a short walk from Aldgate East Station. The beds were comfortable, the view was nice, and the breakfast was decent.     It was a pretty nice stay, the staff welcoming at the reception was friendly and patient. Shiful and Greag did a great job to settle me down and check me in. And the room itself is unexpected good! Great view and nice facilities.     My partner and I stayed for one night and had an anmazing experience at the gate. The location was excellent, making it easy to travel through London, as there is aldgate underground just around the corner and Liverpool street being as far as a 10 minute walk, and the view from our room was fantastic. The staff were friendly, welcoming, and helpful throughout our stay.The room was spacious, clean, and comfortable, with a very comfy bed that ensured a great night’s sleep. We were also pleasantly surprised by the value for money, as the price was very reasonable for the quality of the hotel and its location.Overall, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would happily recommend this hotel to anyone visiting London.     The staff were very friendly and the hotel was spotless. Very close to Aldgate East Station (about 2 min walk). The apartment had a small kitchen/living area with a sofa, bathroom, and separate bedroom. The view from the 15th floor was stunning. We didn't get much use out of the lounge in floor 5, but it looked nice. Would definitely stay again.
