Location

The hotel is located in the city centre of London near Old Street tube station. Moorgate and Finsbury Square are easily accessible, as are some of London's best bar, restaurants and clubs. The hotel is a 5-minute walk from a bus stop and the underground station Old Street (Northern Line). Liverpool Street railway station is a 7-minute walk away. The Tower of London and St. Paul's Cathedral are around 3 km from the hotel.

Facility

The hotel has 205 non-smoking rooms, which are located on 6 storeys and are reachable by 2 lifts. The friendly staff at the reception desk are happy to answer any questions.     Nice and cool location, nice rooms and very friendly personal. The rooms are new and renovated. The location in Shoreditch is best for a London trip

Nothing was ever too much trouble, and they always greeted everyone with a smile. Their positive attitude and genuine care really stood out and made the whole experience even better.     We loved the staff , the hotel was lovelyStaff were fantastic, Iona and Che really friendly and approachable. The whole hotel including the room was spotless, air conditioning worked very well, had useful basic facilities such as a kettle, tea, coffee and is located in a nice area. Rooftop terrace has a beautiful view, it does close early though.     The stay was average. The place is cute and well located. The service is not up to a 4-star hotel. Our TV didn’t work and all they said was “we don’t know how to fix it”. The restaurant was still figuring out a new menu and did not serve what we ordered. Staff is not super attentive nor nice. The bathroom fan made a huge noise unfortunately and the bed is not very comfortable.     I have actually never stayed at the hotel because there was no availability for the dates I needed. But I wanted to highlight the wonderful staff member Sophe (?) who spent quite a bit of time with me helping me find an alternative property. She even got me to sign up for the Disloyalty membership.
