  Lovely but not good value for money

  The hotel is clean and modern however it doesn’t seem to be well maintained - we noticed water marks on the ceiling, stained lampshades and veneer missing from the furniture. Considering we paid almost £200 for a junior suite (including booking fees and service charges) I don’t think it was worth the price. I think when it was newly refurbished it would have been however it just doesn’t seem to have been looked after.

  A budget hotel with no budget price!! Dirty, stains on bedding, chairs and broken lighting. No towel rails or hangers in the bathroom.

  Lots of laundry bags everywhere upon arrival including the small (and slow) lift at 3pm. But staff very friendly.Room was ok- quite small and not sure the bed was a full double but perfectly serviceable for one night. Bathroom was clean and modern.Only bug bear with the room were the odd lights that would sometimes turn lamps on, sometimes just fade off altogether and over night the buttons are very bright and couldn’t find a way to switch off. Also the ac is controlled from reception not the room despite having a panel on the wall (which is also very bright).We went on a Monday night so the pub was closed but information online said breakfast was available from Tuesday morning at 7:30am- went down at 8am to be told they hadn’t served breakfast in 6 years.Overall, it’s in a good location for transport (e.g being nearer Heathrow for a flight) and has a supermarket and pubs etc nearby. Wouldn’t suggest staying unless needing to for work/practical purposes.

  Booked this property as states that it’s only 3 miles away from Wembley. When I first arrived and asked about Wembley the reaction from the member of staff was like we are no where near Wembley , asked about the bus as issues with the underground and he said it would take around 50 minutes. Probably my fault not actually checking this first , but this hotel is over 6 miles from Wembley. The tube station is also longer than 8 minutes away, it’s a fair walk. We ended up having to get Ubers to and from Wembley and the tube station as didn’t expect to be on a bus for 50 mins for Wembley and the tube so far , this cost to what I already thought was an expensive stay. When we first got to the room , bearing in mind it was the day of the higher temperatures , the room was so so hot , we had a quick shower and change as needed to be out , so put the air con on as we thought and hoping it would be cold when we returned , how wrong were we, it was stifling , uncomfortable and unbearable. Contacted the reception , asked if we could swop room advised no , they were fully booked. Reception did come and look and brought a small fan which was no use whatsoever , by this time 12.30am I was too tired to complain further , had to sleep with the windows wide open which the hotel is located on a high street , so volume of traffic and people walking was high, didn’t sleep at all. But, I believe they would have known the air con didn’t work as the maids would have had to clean that room prior to us arriving and they would have needed to use it due to the heat that day. The description of the hotel states luxurious , the hotel is nice but far from luxurious , carpets looked dirty, walls tired, cobwebs on the curtains on the staircases not a feel you get if luxurious. Next morning , when asked if had a good night and explained about the air con not working , lack of sleep because of this , complete lack of empathy. Overall my experience wasn’t great , for the price I paid and was utterly disappointed. I would not recommend staying here.

  Went for a mom’s night away with my best friend! Although it wasn’t the world’s worst I have to say I was very disappointed given what the website shows. Wished I would have read the reviewsCarpet coming up leading to bathroomStains on carpetBroken lightStains on lampshadesDust everywhereBar was closedWas really disappointed and the fan was so loud!!Then went to iron my shirt and gave that a miss (see pic) Wouldn’t recommend I’m afraid!Lady on reception was friendly enough.
