    Definitely not a five star. We stayed over a weekend. The room was very small. We were woken very early on both mornings by lorries delivering to the hotel. We went out all day on the Saturday came back at 9 pm and our room had not been made up or cleaned - bed not made, no fresh towels, no water, nothing. Literally no service for a five star. Very disappointed and out a lot of money. Would not stay again.
