  Great hotel. Spotlessly clean, friendly staff and warm welcome with a glass of fizz! Fabulous breakfast. Biggest bed I’ve ever had in a hotel! Well equipped gym.Lovely staff, particularly Sally, Niamh and Daniel.One very slight annoyance was it took forever to get attention of waiters for breakfast the first day - we were in a corner and they didn’t come that way! However, very minor issue.Highly recommend for a luxurious stay.   Probably the best hotel for miles

  We recently returned to The Level at Meliá White House. A difficult time, facing surgery in a nearby private hospital, I can honestly say that everything was exactly as a premium hotel experience should be, warm, welcoming, efficient and genuinely caring.From the moment we arrived, the team at The Level made us feel valued and looked after. We were greeted with a genuine “welcome back”, a glass of champagne, our bags were taken immediately, and check-in was seamless. After a stressful few months surrounding surgery and hospital visits, that kindness and professionalism really matters.Our suite was impeccable and fully prepared before arrival. It was spacious, beautifully laid out and incredibly comfortable, with separate areas to relax, a huge bathtub, a very comfortable king-size bed and plenty of space for all three of us without ever feeling cramped. It immediately felt like somewhere you could properly unwind and breathe.The Level Lounge is one of the standout features of this hotel. Whether you need somewhere quiet to work, somewhere comfortable to sit with a coffee, or simply a relaxing environment away from the busyness of London, it’s ideal. The tapas hour was fantastic — generous food offerings, excellent drinks and a genuinely lovely atmosphere. The confectionery selection deserves a special mention too!Breakfast at The Level was excellent every morning, with high-quality à la carte options and attentive service without ever feeling rushed.We also spent time in both the ‘35 Bar & Lounge and Arado restaurant, both of which are excellent facilities in the hotel. Accessibility was clearly well considered, particularly important for us as one of our family members uses a wheelchair. The bar even has a lift, which made things straightforward and stress-free. The Spanish-inspired food at Arado was excellent and the atmosphere throughout the hotel felt calm, welcoming and polished.The location is another huge advantage. For anyone visiting nearby private hospitals, Royal Colleges or central London attractions such as Regent’s Park, London Zoo or Madame Tussauds, it couldn’t be more convenient. Being only a short taxi ride from Euston, King’s Cross/St Pancras and Paddington also makes travelling far less stressful.What truly made this stay exceptional, however, was the people. Mr Pablo Ibarra and his team were outstanding from beginning to end. Every member of staff we encountered was welcoming, helpful and genuinely kind. During what was a difficult and emotional period for our family, they showed the true meaning of hospitality.This stay completely opened our eyes to the Meliá brand. We are genuinely grateful to everyone involved and not only look forward to returning in the future, but booking a Meliá hotel overseas for a summer holiday. Thanks again!   Very disappointing experience at The Level lounge this evening

  Very disappointing experience at The Level lounge this evening.We specifically upgraded to The Level expecting a calm, premium and exclusive lounge experience, but unfortunately it felt overcrowded, chaotic and poorly managed.The variety of food was very limited, and items were cleared away far too quickly, well before 6:30pm. By around 6:20pm several options had already disappeared. Replenishment was extremely slow, and some items were never replaced at all.Bottles of cava ran out and were not restocked, the charcuterie selection disappeared almost immediately and was not replenished, and the cheesecake was gone and never replaced. For a service that only lasts around one hour, this was extremely disappointing and poorly organised.There were also constant shortages of plates, meaning guests had to wait unnecessarily while staff were slow to replenish them.The atmosphere was far from relaxing. There were too many children for the size of the lounge, helping themselves to drinks as if there were no limits, pushing through, and there was very little respect for queues, with guests repeatedly cutting in line.Food was being constantly handled and moved around, covers left open, serving utensils misplaced, and the whole buffet area quickly became messy and chaotic.Instead of the refined and peaceful premium experience we expected, the overall atmosphere was more chaotic than many airport lounges, which was extremely disappointing given the premium price paid for The Level.I sincerely hope breakfast is significantly better, because this evening service did not reflect the premium experience that The Level advertises.
