  Hotel is absolutely spotless and staff so friendly . Secure parking was provided . Very near to the train station and other London attractions . We only needed to stay here for one night to get some sleep after an event . Unfortunately I did not sleep well at all . The bed was not comfortable and my feet hung out the bed as so small I’m 5 ft 5 , hopefully no tall people stay in this room . I woke up majority of the night and I did hear passing traffic which cannot be helped in London .The bathroom is small but very clean and adequate for a one off use . I did find the size and position of the TV amusing and glad I did not need to watch it on my stay as would have struggled . The value is good but due to the extremely uncomfortable bed I would not say again .

  Just what you need! So I had read the reviews so was expecting the many stairs to my room. The staff was more than happy to help with my luggage. The single rooms are up many stairs but was expecting that. The room although compact had everything you needed for a reasonable price, if it’s very hot in London this room would be very hot with only a fan. A small tv at the end of the bed was perfect. I did check out a day early as I was unwell and was heading back to Canada early. Just be prepared only one towel, no cloth. But newer inside and fresher. Staff was super helpful!

  Clean room with micro bathroom. No view by the window. No vegetables on breaffast.Around pubs, bars, restaurants, shops. Close to Paddington station, Hyde Park and others.Luggage can be stored. Water, cafe, tea is free of charge on the ground level.

  I have stayed at the hotel on several occasions with friends and family over the years. It is conveniently located to amenieties. The service is excellent, the beds are really comfortable. The staff are very friendly and always happy to help. The breakfast is good and the woman who serves tea, coffee etc is really helpful. The bathrooms are on the small size, but I only stay to go visit places and friends and so don't spend a lot of time in the bathroom! It is clean and comfortable and quiet.   Ideal location so close to Paddington. Very welcoming and helpful. Everything there we could wish for. Definitely where we will stay next time we go to London.
