    Right in the middle of all the action with free museums/parks and Kensington Gardens/Palace nearby, and a tube station across the street. Everything from the front desk to housekeeping to the excellent concierge staff (Thank you Gabriel and Thomas) was fantastic.We had a clean room, comfy bed, quiet and safe. We felt well taken care of every day.Two slight negatives, but easily forgiven and forgotten were that: The room had a window, but only a view of a brick wall and some pigeons. And that we didn’t know until our checkout that there was going to be an optional daily tip on the bill for all staff for each day of the stay. When you find this out at checkout, it’s awkward and you don’t want to seem ungrateful and not pay it so we did.     The Hotel Pelham South Kensington-Gabriel Saves the Day!

    Our stay at The Pelham London (South Kensington) was excellent. The hotel was located directly across the street from an Underground station which made it super convenient. The room was very luxurious and quiet with soft, warm bedding on an ultra comfortable bed. All the room amenities were on point. The atmosphere of the hotel is upscale, comfortable, and very clean. The front desk staff was very welcoming and friendly. But the standout star for us was the concierge, Gabriel. He was always there with a welcoming smile and was truly engaging. He was ready to help us with anything we might need. By the end of our six night stay, we felt like Gabriel was a friend! And that turned out to be the case for us. When we left the hotel on our way to Scotland, we inadvertently left our passports in our room safe. Later that afternoon, we discovered our error and contacted The Pelham Hotel. Gabriel immediately sprung into action and was able to ship our passports via UPS Express to our next hotel. The package arrived Monday morning by 10:30am as promised and we were able to fly home the next day as planned. We cannot express our gratitude enough for the wonderful customer service provided by Gabriel in particular along with the rest of The Hotel Pelham staff. Hopefully, we will be back soon!     The Pelham is top located, right next to V&A Museum and South Kensington underground station.The staff is super friendly and helpful, the breakfast is delicious, the room is very clean and tastfully furnished.We will be back.     Perfect location at South Kensington, very close to public transport, Hyde Park, V&A and Natural History museums, shopping and restaurants in Knightsbridge and Chelsea.     Lovely hotelCosy clean nicely furnished room, just a standard double but standards good here.Bathroom nicely fitted with chrome and marble; if there was an issue it was the running of taps in the basin and shower, both affected by limescale build up,I notified the concierge.Tv coffee tea minibar all well stocked.Stayed before and will come again, it’s reliable.
