    The Petersham is always our base in London, and we've been going there for 20 plus years. The location is lovely, and overlooks Ham Common and the Thames. The staff are professional and always helpful. The food is consistently good quality and the lounge is welcoming. London is a quick train ride from Richmond.     A very pleasant setting for afternoon tea..

    What a view from the restaurant overlooking Petersham meadows. We visited to have afternoon tea, which was of a good standard. The service was excellent and you were made to feel welcome. There is an interesting section between the dining area and the toilets which showcases signed photos of all the celebrities who have visited/stayed in the hotel or dined there!     Fabulous stay

    Stayed at the Petersham for one night after visiting the Chelsea Flower show, only have good things to say about the hotel. We got offered an upgrade on our room to a larger refurbished room on the ground floor. Beautiful spacious room and bathroom, the bed was superb so comfortable and air conditioning was excellent.The Location of the hotel is perfect for an enjoyable stroll along the river side into Richmond town centre (approx 15min walk).     Lovely hotel with excellent customer service. Staff were friendly, polite and very accommodating.
