Location

The hotel is located in a quiet square in the heart of Bayswater, close to Queensway, Hyde Park and Notting Hill, and providing easy access to all areas of London. Hyde Park can be reached in about a 5-minute walk, Oxford Circus is around 20 minutes' walk away, and Piccadilly Circus is some 25 minutes' walk from the hotel.     Perfect location for visiting London and Chelsea Flower Show

    I stayed in this hotel for three nights with a group of friends while visiting London for the Chelsea Flower Show. I booked a single room but received a free upgrade to a double room which was much appreciated. I knew in advance that the rooms were small as I'd read previous reviews so haven't reduced my rating to reflect the size of the rooms. My room (first floor) had a frosted window facing onto an internal ducting opening so unfortunately didn't have a view but, as I really only slept in the room, it wasn't a deal breaker.The location is excellent. It was a short walk to Bayswater and Notting Hill Gate tube stations (different underground lines in each) which made getting around London so easy. Kensington Palace and Hyde Park are nearby and it was an easy stroll home from dinner in Notting Hill (La Mia Mamma - delicious Italian restaurant). The staff were very friendly, helpful and obliging. It wasn't a problem to leave our luggage in the hotel on the day of departure while we explored further, and they were able to arrange a cab to take us to the airport which worked out well. I'd certainly stay here again but would book a larger room with a view if available and budget permitted.

    This is a lovely hotel. I had a room overlooking the park. Staff were so helpful and friendly. Breakfast was a buffet with a great range to choose from. Thank you for a lovely relaxing stay 💓🌷Elizabeth

    Great location for exploring both locally & inner London. Lots of cafes & restaurants nearby. Hotel warm welcome. Staff professional but also friendly. Only stayed one night but would definitely return. Room comfortable & plenty of coffee/tea/biscuits plus bathroom toiletries. Room very warm overnight but air con in room. Had to leave early before breakfast sadly.

    I stayed at this hotel for five days while visiting London and was very happy with my stay. I had reserved a single room as was a solo traveler, but was kindly upgraded without asking upon check-in to a double room. Rooms are small, but well laid out, clean and modern. There’s kettles for coffee and tea and they provide bottles of water daily and cookies as an extra bonus. The rooms had several outlets for devices. The lighting was good for reading, and the furnishings were modern, including the bathroom, and the beds were very comfortable. The staff was friendly and smiling, and they were very available for any inquiries. Rooms were serviced daily. The location was good near two different underground stations and near lively shops and restaurants including several Greek places. . This was a very nice hotel at a very reasonable price point. I would definitely recommend staying here just be aware that it would be hard in the small rooms with two people and multiple suitcases.
