    Booked through theatre breaks. Great location. Lobby very nice and welcoming. Room is basic. No double beds available for our stay no air con on a very hot June day. Expensive breakfast. Noisy neighbours. Their wardrobe door (which they kept opening multiple times in the night and day …. Why????) kept banging against the adjoining wall and created a frustrating and disturbing knock. Decor and facilities all good Ok for short stay but lacking some facilities Hotel Manager, Owner at President Hotel, responded to this review Dear Guest,Thank you for taking the time to write this review.We're glad you found our lobby welcoming and appreciated our facilities.That said, we regret any discomfort caused.     Clean and well maintained hotel.

    My wife and I stayed at the President Hotel a few days ago, we found the hotel was very clean and the rooms look like they have been upgraded and refurbished recently, the breakfast was great, our only drawback was the room did not have AC, and the windows would only open a couple of inches.     Stayed at the Presidents Hotel for a weekend with my daughter on a Harry Potter weekend in London.The hotel was lovely, nice and clean and superb location from King's Cross and centre of London. When we checked in we where told we had been chosen as guest of the day and was awarded complimentary breakfast for the 2 days we stayed, which started our weekend off great!The breakfast was lovey, lots to choose from on the buffet.Achhung at the front desk was really helpful, I had some trouble paying for the room (I used the wrong card). Achung was very patience and understanding whilst I sorted the correct payment out and he immediately refunded the amount taken from the wrong card.Will be definitely returning to this Hotel when visiting London again. Only negative thing was the scaffolding and netting that was limiting the view out to the park, but this was unavoidable and necessary to update the front of the hotel, so completely understandable.Thank you President Hotel for making mine and my daughters visit to London a very memorable and enjoyable experience.
