    The hotel is very convenient to Paddington Station, food outlets and not too far from Kensington Gardens. As a hotel on the budget end of the spectrum, I found that it felt a little cramped but the single room that I booked was adequate, clean and comfortable. I would have liked more than one pillow and the bed being on wheels was a little annoying. Paddington is a tourist heavy location and as a result, there is a lot of after hours street activity. This makes the area a little noisy well into the night. The staff were friendly and accommodating and for the price, I consider it good value for a well-located hotel.

    The room was so small that you could not comfortably move round the room. Toilet was such that you banged your knee on the sink when you sat down. The shower was good but dark. Internet was slow or non existent. So typical small London hotel in private ownership.The staff however were very helpful and the room was clean. Good base for exploring the area around, we used it to go to Paddington station and Kew Gardens

    Clean, great location and friendly staff. Good price for its location. Tiny, tiny room 2 with twin beds. Cramped bathroom. Would stay again but only in a larger room.

    Lovely little hotel - Ideally placed to explore London, 5 minute walk to Paddington Tube, Friendly Staff and clean rooms

    The hotel is set in a quaint street along a row of other hotels. Our room was small although was comfortable. No AC which made the room very hot and stuffy during the night. The shower was fine and house keeping was good, outside the main front door there's always bags of rubbish hanging and our first evening we counted 9 rats running along the path so that's not good 😐
