    Very busy hotel full of bus tours . Very noisy and even though they supply ear plugs it is noisy 24/7. Room was fine but no air con also so window needs to be open making noise worse.

    We regularly go to Blooms Cafe, for food and a drink. A quiet atmosphere where we can talk, and welcoming staff, especially Christine.

    Stayed here for three nights while visiting London. The hotel was in a great location and made getting around really easy. Wency checked me in when I arrived and was friendly throughout my stay. Every time I passed reception, he would say hello and ask how my day had been. It made the place feel welcoming.
