  Best Hostel I've stayed in.

  Amazing rooms and a perfect location just a short walk into Westminster. The bar had a wonderful atmosphere, great food and drinks and the staff were so attentive, Scott, Pete, Mani, Shailesh and everyone else there was such an amazing team of people. Will definitely be staying again!

  The lady who attended me was very rude and not helpful at all. I had my sister sick and I couldn’t asked her any questions that she will be already two meters away from me and I had to followed her around the bar to get an answer. She would just not answer any basic questions. Very bad I have to be honest

  Terrible Experience – Our Belongings Were Stolen Inside the Hostel

  I am writing this review to warn future guests about a very serious incident that happened during our stay at this hostel.On December 5th, 2025, several of our personal belongings were stolen from inside the room, including: • My phone charger, • A necklace I bought as a gift for my girlfriend, • My friend’s bag, • His charger, • And other personal items.This was not a misunderstanding or something we misplaced — our belongings were taken from inside the hostel, in a shared space where guests should feel safe.The response from the staff was extremely disappointing. They simply said that “proper measures were taken,” but provided no clear explanation, no transparency, and no real help. We still don’t know what “proper measures” actually means.We asked about the CCTV footage and whether anything had been found, but received no solid information.This situation seriously affected our trip.We are visiting other countries and returning to Brazil in a few days, and now we are left without essential personal items, without a phone charger, and without the gift I had bought for my girlfriend. This created unnecessary stress and discomfort during what should have been a positive travel experience.The worst part is the complete lack of security inside the hostel. It is unacceptable that guests’ belongings can be stolen so easily, and even more unacceptable that the management cannot provide clear answers or proper support.I hope this review helps other travelers make informed decisions.Unfortunately, I cannot recommend this hostel to anyone looking for safety, transparency, or professionalism.

  Great location and perfect for a quick easy stay

  A perfect little hostel, the location is good and easy to get to, the staff are really friendly and helpful, the pub itself offers good deals on food and drink, it’s really clean, there’s a locker to keep your stuff safe, got a little warm when I stopped, but there was a big fan in the room, there’s not a lot more you can really do for comfort, would definitely recommend

  What's with the shots???

  Lovely bar staff...very friendly and helpful.Quick business query..why are the shots so limited? It makes no sense...it should be 5 x shots for £25 (5 samples)5 x shots for £20 (all same type)10 x shots for £45 (5 samples)10 x shots for £40 (all same type)This would make you so much more money and offers a much more varied customer option....just a thought...I would've bought 10 for £45 in a heartbeat to try all the flavours!!!
