    This hotel's number one selling point is its great location and terrific views of the Tower Bridge. Aside from that I have to say it's very underwhelming especially for the premium priceThe welcome from reception staff wasn't rude but definitely not warm or friendlyThe building itself is very tired and worn. The furnishing and finish of the bedroom is very far from luxury. You will get more polished finishes in a Premier Inn. The bed and pillows are not particularly comfy.The shower didn't work properly and is exceptionally noisy. When we arrived in the room there was a balled up soaking wet towel in the bath - not a disaster but not what you'd expect after dropping nearly £1000 for a weekend If the price was about 2/3 of what it is I'd probably give it a 4 star review but when you pay a premium price, you expect a lot more than what this place offers.I have to admit I would not say it was awful but equally I would definitely be rushing back or recommending it.

    Tower Hotel is one of the better hotels in which I have stayed. The staff is welcoming and always willing to help regarding settling into the hotel and my particular needs. The concierges were knowledgeable about how to get around London and went the “extra mile” to advise me — taking out maps to explain how to get where I wanted to go — and make a reservation for me at a particular museum. The porters were always available to help, and housekeeping was excellent. The wait staff were alway solicitous in meeting my dietary needs at meals — they always ask if one has any allergies. The food at the hotel’s restaurants was excellent. And I loved the location at St. Katherine’s Dock with views of the Thames River and the Tower Bridge! I definitely recommend Tower Hotel when staying in London.

    My grandaughter and I love staying at this hotel. It is easy to find from the tube station and is very close to the Tower of London and River Cruise boarding. The views are excellent. The staff are very helpful, friendly and always professional. We shall certainly stay here again!
