    This hotel was perfect for us! Rooms were very clean & beds are comfortable! We had a suite with a mini kitchen with fridge & coffee. Excellent location with Hyde Park right around the corner. Also several restaurants, markets & shops within very close walking distance, as well as Paddinton Station. Everyone at the front desk was friendly & professional.

    What an absolute gem!For business, couples and solo travellers this place is an absolute must.I've stayed in hundreds of hotels around the world both for business and pleasure and I think I found my new London go-to.The location is great - just a few minutes' walk from Lancaster Gate stn or Paddington.There is a bar but no restaurant so it may not work for families, but having basic kitchen facilities in the room (fridge and microwave) means you have a choice. You can either heat something up for yourself, or there are plenty of restaurants a couple of minutes walk away and when travelling for business lots of people don’t have time for a sit-down breakfast.Room was incredibly spacious for the price and fitted to a very high standard - really appreciate things like bathrobes and slippers etc. - the room was pitch black at night and very quiet area - great for a good night's sleep. Also, quite possibly one of the best showers I've had at a hotel in a long time - instant hot water and fantastic pressure both in the evening and morning.Front of house staff are exceptional - super professional, friendly and welcoming.Value for money is incredibly high at this hotel and they will definitely be seeing me again. Really couldn't ask for anything more.

    We stayed for two nights and had a wonderful experience. The hotel was very comfortable, beautifully decorated, and spotlessly clean. The room had great facilities, including a microwave, fridge, kettle, and coffee machine, which we really appreciated.The staff were extremely friendly and helpful, and the location was excellent — perfect for getting around London. Overall, a fantastic stay and great value for money. Highly recommended.     Outstanding Stay – This One Takes the Cake

    My brother and I stayed at several hotels during our weeks in London, around Paddington Station, Earl’s Court, and other areas, but this hotel truly takes the cake.The location is excellent: just a short walk from the station, incredibly close to Hyde Park, and surrounded by plenty of great restaurants and cafés What we especially appreciated was that the hotel isn’t right on the main road, so it’s nicely tucked away from traffic noise while still being close to everything you need.A special shout-out to Bulbul at the reception desk, who was absolutely fantastic. He was warm, professional, and extremely helpful, and thanks to him we received a room upgrade for a very nominal fee, which made our stay even more comfortable and enjoyable.I also want to highlight the housekeeping staff, Mary and Elsa. Housekeeping teams are often overlooked, but they truly deserve recognition. Mary and Elsa were absolutely lovely, friendly, attentive, and meticulous, and their care made a real difference to our stay.Between the location, comfort, and most importantly the wonderful staff, this hotel stood out among all the places we stayed in London.
