Facility

12 apartments, 36 single rooms and 104 double rooms are located on 3 storeys and can be reached by lift. Multilingual staff (English, German, French) at the reception are happy to assist guests at the reception desk round the clock. Check-in and check-out are available 24 hours a day.     The hotel is a couple of minutes walk from Trafalgar Square, china town and theatre land so a great location for an evening in the west end. We arrived an hour early and our room wasn’t ready but we were allowed to leave our cases so we could have a wander. Reception staff were very friendly and check in was efficient. We had a standard twin room on the fourth floor which was accessible by 2 lifts. The room was clean with everything that we needed but no frills and fairly small. The beds were comfortable and with clean good quality linen. We had a good night sleep. The bathroom was very small with a shower over the bath. The fittings in the bathroom could have looked cleaner. They were stained and not shiny. The shower head was in a strange position pointing at the ceiling and hard to position. A hand rail is needed in the shower area for safety getting in and out. Toiletries were of good quality and the towels large and soft. Breakfast was overpriced for the quality and there were no hash browns. It wasn’t very tasty. However, despite the shortfalls we had a comfortable and convenient stay.
