    One of the worst hotels I've ever stayed in.

    One of the worst hotels I've ever stayed in. The staff were rude and they wouldn't give us a room key so we had to trust that there would be someone to let us in when we returned. The room was dingy and shaked every time the train went passed. There was nothing positive about this experience and I wouldn't recommend it to anyone.

    We went with my class as part of a school trip to this hotel. My two friends and I stayed in a 4-bed room which was quite spacious for the price we paid. The room itself was quite clean, equipped with a fridge and a TV. The bathroom was also clean with washing products at our disposal. We also had breakfast brought directly to our room which was quite generous (once again for the price we paid) The only fault I could find with this hotel was the sound insulation which was rather poor, both from the metro which passes below the building and from the room neighbour.I recommend this hotel for having accommodation in London for a reasonable price and in a good location (bus stop close to the hotel).

    We went to Tony's House Hotel for a school trip with a small group. The staff literally saved us from a vey bad hostel. They were sweet and very friendly, and did their best to help us. Special thanks to Antony, Ammar, Abdoo and Ahmad!!The rooms were clean and comfortable, with sufficient space to move around. The only downside is that the double beds were a bit small.The in-room breakfast was generous, and thankfully there was a fridge in the room to store the leftovers.What's more, the hotel is really well situated, just next to Paddington Station and a few streets away from the lovely Kensington Garden.Would recommend 100%!

    Good location for centralLondon, it’s cheap and cheerful, my biggest issue was breakfast that was some random cakes, biscuits and yogurt you eat in the room, no additional fresh coffee or orange, save your money and go out to Greggs or a fry up in spoons.

    Hotel was in a good location to Paddington station - which was a plus! Unfortunately the hotel is very dated, and doesn't reflect the architecture from the outside.Staff were very friendly on arrival, and stored our bags before check in time. We were in room 19, a small double bed and 2 singles found on the top floor, which was 6 flights of stairs!! The last 3 flights are very steep - you're almost crawling by the last set....! Room was clean but very dated. The bathroom door was a bifold door which didn't latch - ok if you're all family, but wouldn't recommend for friends!! Only 1 person in it at a time and don't even think about swinging a cat!!! Shower has no pressure and towels would only cover a small child!!! Downside is the pillows - you are only offered 1 and it's flat and lifeless!! On the plus side, the breakfast was good - lots included given it was continental. Overall I l'm disappointed in the price we paid as you are most definitely paying it for the location rather than the comfort. It did the job though
