I often stay here and,.once again, it was excellent. Large, luxurious rooms, with a full kitchen and separate lounge area make working from the room a pleasure. All amenities are superb and service is top notch.I must make particular mention of the concierge, Alex B, who was incredibly helpful in assisting with a small luggage issue and could not have done more to assist. He truly went the extra mile and is the epitomy of service excellence.I will be back again later in the year.

poor sleep, rock hard beds

I would not stay here again despite location and spacious rooms. The mattresses are literally rock hard! They say they offer toppers to soften the beds but these are totally ineffective, duvet style toppers that just make you hot. I barely slept the first night. A 5 star place should invest in thick (10cm) memory foam toppers (not that expensive). My daughter likes a firmer bed than me but in her room we also moved the sofa bed mattress to on top of the bed to make it softer. Then the sofa beds are not comfy to sit on.

Lovely hotel with great breakfasts and really helpful stuff - clean, spacious and very well equipped rooms, perfect location right next to the underground station. It has a train line nearby so make sure you are booking a room on the other side if you are sensitive to noise.
