    We accessed the Hotel via Hopper bus from the South Terminal. It took a bit of finding to reach the bus stop. It’s about a 15 minute journey out, shorter return. The Hotel was an excellent price and the rooms were comfortable with good bathrooms, tea and coffee making facilities and aircon. We visited the bar/cafe for drinks which were quite expensive. The food menu was very reasonable. Obviously people are coming and going all night in this location, but our room was quiet (Room 61). However our family member was in Room 61 next to the door leading into the annexe and reported that the door was noisy when guests came through. On the whole I would recommend.

    A very well located and comfortable hotel. Our room was on the sixth floor, was spacious and had good facilities. We had 24 hour wifi, but despite several attempts, could not get connected. Friendly and helpful staff, particularly the waiting on staff and restaurant manager, Rampa. The food was fine and good value. Recommended.

    Perfect Hotel for Business Stay Close to Airport

    I had to alter my plans from moving to the UAE and instead return to London. While I awaited a new work contract and looked for housing in London, I spent over two weeks here. The staff were exceptional, and the breakfast buffet was outstanding. I can confidently assert that it is the best among all the Travelodge locations I have experienced prior to relocating to my new home.Transportation can be somewhat challenging; the bus that picks up and drops off at the doorstep costs £9.xx for a round trip to Gatwick Airport, which is quite pricey but worthwhile if you have heavy luggage. The nearest bus station is approximately 6 minutes away and charges less than £1.7x. It's better to hire a car and use their car park for guests.

    Having experienced a lot of poor service in the past from predominantly young service staff it was an absolute pleasure be served by such polite, positive and helpful staff. They were genuinely lovely and attentive, from the young guy on reception who greeted us to the restaurant and bar staff. Made our visit very relaxing, well done.
