    Good customer service at the Crystal Palace. Spacious room, cool room as it I was warm, provided fan. Friendly and helpful stafff.

    Came with my partner for a party, first impression the receptionist Aliyah was brilliant, she was so lovely, she guided us through everything. Only downside is the breakfast

    Standard Travelodge hotel, no frills, very quiet

    While not a four-star hotell, this provides what you would expect from a suburban Travelodge. Clean (and very quiet) rooms, minimum staff (but smiling, professional and helpful), "takeaway" breakfast to be had in the room. The place is comfortable, and being on the top of the building, views over South London are nice to enjoy.

    I have stayed at many Travelodge hotels and always been happy. It’s basic but always clean.This hotel is very dated. No air con Room smelt of wet dog and got worse as it was the hottest day of the year. Tried to change the room but there was noone on reception as still classed as early checkin.Paid for early check in to be told room wouldn’t be ready till 1230

    Clean and simple accommodation in a lovely area. Staff were very cheerful and helpful. Room was comfortable and well equipped. Easy walk for shops and coffee as well as public transport
