Great location, had a room on the 11th floor. Great view. All staff lovely, friendly and so helpful especially Mary at breakfast, very helpful and friendly. Tables cleared quickly, food continually...

One person on check in desk, 10 people waiting for 20 mins plus, in a freezing cold reception. Not the best welcome after travelling several hours.
