    Had a really great stay here. Check-in was incredibly easy and the manager, Andre was so welcoming and kind. He clearly explained all the check-in and check-out times, and even asked if we wanted to arrange a late check-out which was a really nice touch.​The rooms were spotless and the bed was super comfortable. Andre also recommended some great local food places nearby, which was a huge help. Excellent customer service, we will definitely be back!

    The location is perfect, few minutes walk into the centre of Richmond via the cut through opposite down the side of the church, and a maybe 20min to the Hill & Park. We had a “Standard Plus” room which was spacious and comfortable. Fairly basic as Travelodges are but super clean & friendly staff esp the cleaning lady. Much needed air con was great and the top floor room was pretty quiet. Family of foxes in the church yard opposite can be seen at night. Ted Lasso pub not far. Great price for this location - will return.Also recommend the Mirror Cafe very close by for breakfast.

    Central hotel with all you need in a Budget place. Staff is brilliant. Very safe and secure atmosphere in Richmond and particularly in the hotel. Spotlessly clean rooms. Air con is a life saver.

    The location is very good for.local amenities. I've stayed here many times. The staff are very helpful and Andre always tries to accommodate what we need.
