All twin rooms are located in the basement next to a tube line so the rooms are not only noisy but shake when a train passes approximately every 3 minutes. Reception are fully aware of the issue yet gave no indication on check in and simply state there are no twin rooms on any other floor to swap. One of the worse nights sleep of my life

We have used Travelodge before and we know what to expect: efficient and practical.This was true of this visit except the air-conditioning was set so it could not go below 18°. This was not enough to make the room comfortable during our stay. I was going to take away two stars but our visit was made easier by Josh and Gabby. They’re pleasant demeanour and professional attitude were exemplary.The fan helped quite a bit.
