Staff very helpful. Bedroom nice and clean .Fresh towels ,air con , TV,fridge ,coffee and tea .5 min walk to underground, just 3 min to busses. Breakfast nice and fresh (clean dining room)Few minutes to shop,restaurant and coffee. Nice and quiet what we like it 🥰🥰🥰

Good location beside Kensington Gardens, the single room was small but clean and comfortable. The aircon was a bit ropey and the breakfast is just breads, cereal, fruit salad, coffee, tea, juices.It's good value for the price and even though it was full it was very quiet

I stayed for two nights with my brother and both our rooms were clean and nicely decorated.The reception staff were really friendly,and also the ladies who were working in the breakfast room.The location is very good for the Albert Hall where we were attending a concert.I would definitely stay here again and it was value for money compared to a lot of other London hotels!

Another great stay at The Troy hotel. Perfectly situated opposite Hyde Park and 2 minutes walk from the tube (Queensway, Bayswater or Lancaster Gate) when in London, we would never stay anywhere else. This is a friendly, safe hotel which is always clean and bright, rooms are comfortable and spacious and serviced daily. Buffet breakfast offers cereals, fruit, yogurts, croissants, bread rolls with eggs, cheese, jams etc. fruit juices and tea/coffee.We really enjoy our time here and our regular chats with the reception staff. A real home from home. Thank you all. See you again in April.

Had a 3 night stay at the Troy. Nice room, nice bathroom, small shower though !Breakfast continental, no hot food. 5 min walk to the tube and nice restaurants.Nice hotel in nice area.
