  The rooms are very small and they have worked hard to fit as many rooms into the building as possible, That said the room was functional and smart. Friendly greeting at reception. Good location when arriving from Victoria and for access to Westminster and all the sights.

  Where do I even begin? The double room was so small that with 6 luggages (2 big, 2 small, two hand bags) we hardly cut fit in for 2 people. There was 1 foot between the wall and the bed all around and a 3 foot tiny entrance area at the door. The bed was tiny i think smaller than a queen. The air conditioner was blasting into our faces no way we could have diverted the air flow effectively and make it work. It was either too hot or the air blowing on you and too cold. We got no soap for our handwashing but we asked for it at the desk and received it. We complained about the room size and they wanted to help us to move to another room "but only on another day".... but we didn't want to hassle with that so we painstakingly made it work in the super tiny corners. The hair blower didn't work.... Went to desk and got one. There was absolutely no room to put anything, no shelf, no cabinet, no decent table. Later the entire sink faucet has come undone, and almost fell off the sink.... we had to operate the faucet hanging lose with internal cable. Wait we are not done yet! We purposely booked this hotel for the elevator and air conditioner.... because of our luggages as many hotels in London don't have elevator aka lift or ac for that matter.... On the day before we checked out, the elevator completely broke! We were extremely lucky that the lift door opened, and we didn't get stuck inside that morning!!!! Of course we were up on the top floor, on the fourth floor!!!! Not only we had to walk up and down for 2 days when we got home or left the hotel, on our last day when we checked out, we also had to dragged down our 6 bags on 4 stories of stairs! I couldn't say anything good about this place other than two ladies who worked there were extremely nice at the front desk. The other people at the front desk couldn't care less how about our problems! We absolutely could not wait to get out of there after four days! Pay more money and book another hotel. Any other hotel! I dont have photos to add. After this review I want to forget this experience completely and erase it from my memory! ☹️

  I stayed for 4 days and the room was never serviced for the duration of my stay. Towels not changed, bed not made or bedding changed, garbage not collected. I regret not reading the reviews, because this would have made it clear not to stay here! Absolutely unacceptable!!!

  So I didn't stay in the hotel itself so I can't comment on that but can I just say, the food we had was incredible! We had a meeting in the boardroom and all got something for lunch - colleagues all had sandwiches which were generously portioned and almost gave me food envy until I tasted my prawn and monkfish curry which I just loved. Really high quality and well cooked fish, lovely warming taste to the curry without being overpowering, rice well cooked - a real gem on that menu. The service was also really attentive, polite and friendly, would definitely recommend to anyone looking to book a meeting in the area or just a lunch/dinner

  Awful hotel. Do not stay here! They will take your money and provide absolutely no service. I paid an extortiante amount to stay here to arrive and be told there were no rooms so they had to move me into another hotel. This hotel was awful and the room was tiny I could barely even move. The bed was uncomfortable and the staff were very unhelpful. I have since been calling and emailing the hotel asking to speak to a manager to discuss my complaint but have continuiously been fobbed off and told the manager will call me back.
