    Worst experience of my life, I will never return to London due to this hotel. Stole 2k euros from our rooms.

    HORRIBLE Stole all the money in our room and screamed at us after. The guy at the front desk told us jump in the trash bin outside because he claimed they through out by accident our enveloppe with our money and personal information when in fact they stole everything from us. We were alone in Europe, 3 girls, no money after this hotel stole from us. And they had us jump in the trash and screamed at us in return.The hotel was all dirty The staff was incredibly rude. The doorman sleeps under the desk on the floor, thats what they consider 24-7 service. Worst experience

    First impressions of the room were only the beginning. Room was located in the basement which honestly felt like it shouldn’t even be in use. Small and gloomy - one barred window. Dirty marked walls with multiple broken plug sockets. Shower was literally just a shower unit attached to wall behind the bathroom door with a cheap pink curtain attached - when my boyfriend used the shower (I couldn’t even bring myself to, I got washed at my brothers hotel across the way) this flooded the whole bathroom floor. Toilet didn’t flush properly, blocked four times in the one day. Most traumatising part was the realisation of ants crawling over my feet while sitting at the desk doing my make up. I have severe anxiety and I have never ever felt the need to complain I normally just make do but I feel absolutely ROBBED.

    This hotel was clean and comfortable and perfect for a night in London. Great location, close to lots of sights and places to eat and shop. I don't know why the hotel has such a low rating--we thought it was great, especially for the price.

    The room was above London standards as far as cleanliness is concerned. The beds were comfy, the room overlooking a garden silent and the boiler which came with tea/coffee was very appreciated. What I didn't like was getting only one towel per person daily and it wasn't even very big...thankfully I'd also brought my own. Another negative thing was the bathroom...when showering you'd completely cover the whole floor with water...nothing to dry it. Staff...quiet. I'd go back for it's location and because it's not dirty which for me are the two main aspects.

    Free wifi is a lie! The fee is £5.12 for 2 days!!Free breakfast is a lie : No breakfast served at all.Free luggage storage is lie! £5 if you arrive before 2pm!The lady at the counter is extremely unfriendly!!Etc.....
