    Convenient, comfy and surprisingly quiet

    I travelled for work and needed somewhere central, found this hidden gem and will definitely return. The staff were very friendly, upgraded my room with a free one that I hadn't been able to access via my booking facilitator and stored my case. The room was remarkably quiet seeing as it was so central, the bed was very comfortable and there was a proper shower as well as good quality tea and coffee. Excellent, I'll definitely return.     Amazing location, ok hotel

    The location was the stand out feature, overlooking Leicester Square and meaning everything was within walking distance.The room was fine, beds comfy, reasonably clean and the shower was nice.The lift was out of order and they had issues with various internal systems at check in which meant getting our key card was a faff but the staff were friendly and helpful throughout.Would we go back? Due to the location absolutely!     The hotel was very convenient and clean.     I wouldn't recommend this hotel to anyone.

    They charged me for a room I didn't stay in. The management is terrible, the service is awful, and there's zero interest or concern. For this hotel, money is the most important thing. Customer satisfaction is very poor. It's a shame that such people are doing this job in the middle of London. It's a pity for the tourists who come here.     Use to be great but now worst than a Hostel

    I’ve stayed here nearly 10 times and each time it gets slightly worse. I use to love this hotel but unfortunately it’s being run into the ground.The lifts are a huge issue and don’t work. One completely shut and the other only works on certain floors with most floors having it tapped off.The management when I checked out actually asked me to leave a review about how bad the lifts are as they said they are not being listened to and are fed up with the constant complaints from guests. Guests are even checking out early due to how bad it’s getting.
