This cosy, intimate hotel is well located at the heart of Bayswater and dates back to 1800. Bayswater underground station is just 500 m away and the famous Hyde Park is just 5 minutes walk from the hotel.

5 single rooms are located on 6 storeys and can be reached by a lift. The friendly staff at the reception desk are happy to answer any questions. Amenities include a baggage storage service and a safe. Wireless internet access in public areas allows guests to stay connected. The tour desk offers assistance with booking excursions. There are a number of shops as well. Guests arriving by car can park their vehicles in the garage or in the car park.     Staff are friendly, room is good for the price. But it's 1am and I can hear everything everyone is saying in the rooms near me so I cannot sleep. Absolutely no point staying in London for work if I then go to work exhausted!

    Wedgewood Hotel was a great find. We stayed for 3 nights and were delighted with our room. Booked a twin room but actually had 3 beds which gave us somewhere to put our cases. Otherwise very compact but lovely and cosy and absolutely perfect for a short stay. Beds were great, decor, bedding etc. were fresh and very clean. Lovely quiet spot at night but a great area full of beautiful terraces lovely pubs, cafes, restaurants and shops. Easy walking distance of Portobello Rd, Hyde Park, Queensway and Paddington. Staff were lovely, a small issue with running cistern was fixed immediately. Would thoroughly recommend, we plan to return next year.

    Staff friendly enough, but hotel is very tired looking. The windows in my room were rotten and didn’t close fully. It needs a complete makeover, but in my opinion the rooms are far too small and it was like showering in the wardrobe.

    We stayed for 2 nights, hotel located in quiet area. Room on the 3rd floor, located at the back, had tree canopy which added privacy, overlooked private garden.Twin room was clean, beds comfy but narrow, weather was warm resulting in the room being warm as window only opened a small amount from the bottom (for safety reasons) fan provided but gave little relief.Bathroom adequate but small.Towels, toiletries and WiFi included.Lots of eateries and shops nearby.Notting Hill, Hyde Park, Kensington Gardens, Paddington Station and Little Venice within walking distance.Plugs refitted but plaster needed refinishing.Would stay again
