We loved our stay here. The breakfast was excellent, and our room though small was very comfortable and offered everything we needed. Thoughtful staff and service. Terrific location for getting anywhere in London. Would definitely stay here again.

Excellent stay yet again. Hotel in a wonderful location. Room was great family run who really wanted to make your stay enjoyable. A beautiful cooked breakfast. Will be coming back yet again.

Just spent one night at this lovely hotel. Beautifully converted from 2 of the gorgeous period properties that surround the area. Our room(11) had a huge fabulous bed, plenty of wardrobe and drawer space plus 2 huge mirrors and 2 windows as situated on a corner. Although shower room was a bit small it all worked perfectly with super towels and toiletries. All was beautifully clean. Breakfast was also beautiful, great choice to choose from. Staff were all lovely and friendly. We stayed here as quite close to an event we went at the Cadogan Hall which is only approximately 15 mins walk with plenty of places to eat beforehand. Our train came into Waterloo so just outside you can catch the C10 bus to hotel with just short walk from bus stop. Can thoroughly recommend.

We had a lovely stay at The Windermere Hotel. It’s a small hotel but absolutely spotless, and the room was extremely clean, very comfortable, and felt really well looked after. My only suggestion for the rooms would be a small table top mirror for getting ready purposes, as mirrors were in awkward positions to be able to see yourself to dry your hair😅Breakfast each morning was really lovely, with great quality food, and the staff were exceptionally attentive and friendly throughout our stay — nothing ever felt like too much trouble.The location is ideal if you’ve visited London before and want somewhere a little quieter, especially if you’re heading to a show. It’s close to the West End and very easy to get around, without the chaos of staying right in the middle of everything.Would definitely recommend and would happily stay here again.

Just had a beautiful stay in this lovely quaint hotel.Room 33 was spacious,spotless and cosy,offering a great nights sleep.Breakfast was a real bonus ,thought maybe a croissant as continental but had salmon and eggs ,hub the most lovely mushrooms on toast. Nothing too much trouble and so friendly.I’m shocked by some comments on here and can only say we loved it and I’ll be back with a girlie visit soon! Thank you for a great stay at your lovely hotel!
