    Xenia = hospitality at its best

    Faultless from the moment we arrived to the moment we left. Staff were incredibly courteous and helpful and the location was perfect for us - 20 mins to the theatre, 15 mins to Hyde Park and Kensington Gardens, 25 mins to Kew Gardens and 10 mins to all the museums, the Xenia is at the centre of gravity of the perfect London city-break. Alejandro, was our supper-attentive host each morning at breakfast - Xenia means hospitality - and Alejandro and his colleagues exemplified it.

    The hotel is clean and the staff is friendly and professional. The location is good, just a couple of blocks from a tube station. For an Autograph Collection hotel, I expected a larger room with a better mattress and pillow. The rooms and bathrooms are quite small. This hotel also has steps up to the main entrance and a few steps up and down in the hallway on the way to the room which is a challenge with luggage.

    Hotel Xenia has quickly become my home from home whenever I visit London. It's perfectly situated between Gloucester Road and Earl's Court tube stations, just over 5 minutes walk from each. The Royal Albert Hall is also within walking distance (15-20 minutes).The hotel is clean, light and airy. For this visit I had a room on the second floor overlooking Cromwell Road, and found it perfectly quiet thanks to the well-insulated windows.The staff here are all excellent. Natalia and Khaled greeted me warmly on arrival and made sure I had everything I needed in order to enjoy my stay. My thanks also to Abi, Adelina, Haider and Allesh for their friendly service during my visit.Breakfast at their La Terrazza restaurant was a wonderful way to start the day, made extra special by Alejandro and his dedicated team. I can't wait to return!

    Fantastic time at hotel Xenia

    I arrived at around 2 pm on a Sunday and was greeted with a warm welcome. I was so happy that the room was ready. The reception staff was super helpful. He booked an afternoon tea reservation at the hotel's restaurant for me on the following Saturday. The room was tiny and clean. The bathroom got a nice shower with good water pressure. The bed is very comfortable with lots of pillow. I could hear plumbing from the room above. The location is ideal 15 minute walk to Kensington Gardens and Kensington High Street where there are many shops and restaurants. 15 minute walk in the other direction is the Natural History Museum. I even walked to Harrods one day. The wi-fi worked well. I loved my 9 night stay. The afternoon tea at the restaurant was amazing (35 GBP). The sandwiches, scones and little cakes were so good. The staff was attentive. There was even live music (piano). I would try other meals at the hotel's restaurant la Terrazza but did not have time . There is a good size TV with good TV station selection. This is my new favourite London hotel. It's a short distance to 2 tube stations and the bus stop is even closer. Many thanks to the staff at reception on an early Tuesday morning who called a taxi for me. Uber kept cancelling on me because the hotel is on a busy street.

    I had a wonderful stay at this beautiful hotel. All the staff were truly exceptional—friendly, attentive, and always willing to go the extra mile to make sure everything was perfect.The breakfast was amazing, with a great variety and high-quality options to start the day.  Alejandro is amazing, great ambassador for this hotel. He really looked after us , super service along with all the other wonderful staff. A real highlight was the access to the David Lloyd gym next door, which is absolutely fabulous and adds so much value to the stay.The only slight downside was that the rooms are on the smaller side, but they are well-maintained and comfortable, so it didn’t take away from the overall experience.Overall, a fantastic hotel that I would happily return to and highly recommend.
