  Location Location 👀 absolutely perfect! 5 mins from Victoria coach station, underground . 15 mins walk to Buckingham Palace. This hotel has everything you need yes rooms are very compact but you have everything you need such as kettle hairdryer shower toiletries etc BUT the best part is the staff and service you receive.nothing is too much trouble and so friendly.i will look to book this before any other hotel.   Super little hotel with the most friendly staff. The free extras were really lovely too. Room was clean and had everything we needed. Would definitely recommend.   Good value for money in London, but not sound proof

  Lovely and clean, friendly staff, we choose this hotel due to it being close to the show we had come down to watch, the location was great it was just across for Victoria station, I was visiting with my adult daughter so booked a double room as we where happy to share a bed, our room was very compact, the bed was up against the wall so would only recommend for someone who’s fit enough to climb over a sleeping person if you need to get up in the night, we couldn’t get our tv to work, the shower was lovely, we didn’t have a window which we knew about and honestly it didn’t matter.The one thing I would complain about was that it said it was sound proof, which isn’t the case, we where woken several times by our neighbours, early in the morning they had a shower and used the toilet, I know this as I could hear everything, it was really scary for us two females travelling alone as they sounded like they where in the room with us, I switched the light on thinking someone was in our room which was terrifying.   Courteous staff, compact but comfortable.

  I stayed for one night at this neat little hotel. The room was compact but well-designed; I has everything I needed. Both bed and shower were generously sized, and the bed was very comfortable. The big selling point was the staff team, however; all were friendly and exceptionally helpful. Having checked out of the hotel, I wanted somewhere to work because the friend I had hoped to spend the day with was unavoidably detained. In the end I spent the whole day in the reception / bar area until my train home was due. The hotel staff were consistently courteous, attentive, and made me feel very welcome.
