  Avoid. Poor customer service ms and completely unaccommodating

  AVOID. If you want to contact them via telephone to make adjustments to your reservation… don’t bother wasting your time. I was on hold for most of the morning and so was booking.com when I contacted them for help. When I did get through to someone at the hotel there people skills were none existent, had no professionalism or apology when they couldn’t help. I payed for my stay in full and when I tried to move the date of my stay they told me there was an admiration fee and the difference in price…. Expecting around the usual £30 admin fee. £96 they wanted! The dates I was requesting were actually coming out cheaper than my original booking so I’m still struggling to work out how the person I spoke with came up with £96. How unaccommodating when I explained the situation was completely unforeseeable. We will be AVOIDING if we decide to visit London in The future.

  Right in the heart of it all

  From the moment you walk in the hotel feels very modern and clean. Would definitely recommend staying here. Right in the heart of everything. We arrived a bit early but hotel was able to accommodate our request for early arrival. We were celebrating several milestones and they left us a nice note, water, and a treat. Room is very functional and clean. Mattress is very comfortable. Helps if you have assigned hooks for bathroom towels. And are organized with the jacket hooks as well. Luggage best kept at the area below the foot of the bed. Only thing I would recommend to be upgraded is the bathroom wall is a frosted glass and not very private but was just fine.   Hot, dirty, expensive, uncommunicative—otherwise fine

  I stay in London often and decided to try Zedwell for a night. The room was hot and stuffy and the air conditioning unit turned off after a few minutes. With no window (which I knew when I booked) the night was a terrible with no ventilation. I contacted reception a number of times with no response. The number provided is unmanned. On top of things like hidden fees, dirty hallways, uncomfortable beds, and slow plumbing I would never stay here again. For the price paid there should be at least a decent nights sleep. I’ll book with an air BnB or a smaller hotel next time. The quality and value are much better in my experience.

  Stinky hotel

  Awful hotel, the service there is bad the ventilation was awful. We complained but they never did anything ? Also it stinks so bad like the hallways smell so weird. Same with the room we had. We found stains and nasty things under the sheets! The location is great but the hotel is awful
