The room is outdated,carpet is filthy dirty,the duvet cover was dirty also there was a hair on it.The reception staff not friendly but quite rude.As for the breakfast there was nothing edible for vegans. Upon arriving an hour before checkin we were informed the room was ready but it was company policy not to allow people to the room before 3pm without charging. Poor customer service policy. No drinking water in room. Nearly all hotels provide water. Pool and jacuzzi not working Sun morning and early afternoon for kids. We were told nothing at check-in. Nice staff, nice room. Just small things a good hotel does well, not applied here. Have been using this hotel now for the last 5 years, often 3 to 4 times a year. The rooms are always clean and tidy, the staff helpful and the food good. Honestly the worst nights sleep ever. Room 146, it should not be used for anything other than storing a mop in. Right next to the bar, staff room, every guest staying walks past the door chatting. It is not possible to sleep here unless you are deaf or about to pass over. I raised a complaint at checkin but there were no other room available. Total waste of money, I would've been better off sleeping in the car.
