    Nice room just very hot, rude breakfast staff.

    Room was incredibly warm and would not cool down so very bad night sleep. Staff in reception were great however one of the ladies that served me breakfast was very rude.Breakfast was nice though.

    Fab stay, amazing prices for what you get. Everything you would need. We were only there one night but easily could stay a week as it literally has everything. Breakfast was huge for the price. Pool great. Reception staff were great and attentive. We will defo use again

    We generally enjoyed our stay at this hotel. The room was clean and room service was excellent throughout our visit.Unfortunately, our experience was overshadowed by an incident on our last day. On 9 February at around 11:40 a.m. while we were inside our apartment with the windows open, two hotel employees who were cleaning the external window made racist and offensive comments about foreigners in the UK. They used derogatory language toward Chinese people and then referred to my people as “Mohammeds”.This behavior was completely unacceptable. Although we did not report the incident at the time because reception was busy, it left us feeling uncomfortable and disappointed and it negatively affected our overall impression of the stay.Due to this incident, we can not recommend this hotel. It is upsetting to spend our money at a place that employs staff who engage in racist and discriminatory behavior.
