Located at Manchester Airport just a short walk from all the terminals, the hotel offers a free shuttle service around the clock. The hotel welcomes guests in an 8-storey building with a lift and 365 non-smoking rooms. English-speaking staff at the reception desk in the lobby are ready to assist you with check-in and check-out.     Hotel in a great locationparked the car and went in the bar for food and drink order taken for food and drink drink arrived server acknowledged we needed glass and ice for coke this didn’t arrive and we had to go looking for glass.and ice .Food arrived two curries were ordered along with other food and we waiting for naan bread as per menu this also didn’t arrive and I have to go ask for this to be brought to table after we had all stated eating.Server cleared the table when we had finished a knocked our glass of wine all over myShoes she apologised and I pointed out that we needed the wine replacingShe returned we what she had perceived was the wine that was spilt. I do think under these circumstances that the wine should have been replaced as a full glass Overall the experience was disappointing

    Great room on the 3rd floor, very clean and super comfy bed. Very friendly and efficient staff, particularly the event manager who managed our two-day business workshop in the meeting room. And big shout out to Alex, our super waiter for our team dinner.

    I stayed at this hotel for work; the property is lovely, the bed was very comfortable, and the food was excellent. Special credit goes to Alex, who served us dinner; he was incredibly friendly and gave us great recommendations on what to order. Highly recommended.
