  TIPS 1. Don't stay in rooms 1 - 300.2. Ask for a room the other side of the town. 3. Ask for a Premiere Inn phone number.👍 4. Bad taste after the experience. Booked and paid for Xmas to be told. Sorry, there's no room at the inn. Went to Travelodge.

  difficult to get refund

  my stay was cancelled by cresta court the day before our stay, had to fight to get refund, 3 & a half weeks it took, paypal had to sort it as kept lying to me & said they sent refund to booking .com, then sent email saying they are retaining money & putting me in pinewood hotel, never heard of me & 29/10/24 has passed several weeks ago, so how's that supposed to be used as its the 22/11/24 they sent that

  Dreadful service over dinner in the restaurant - not at all surprised the hotel has closed less than a week later. Bedroom hot and the bed atrociously hard. Mirror light not working in bathroom. Shower water pressure very poor. Hope the poor folk whose bookings were cancelled at no notice manage to find better alternatives.

  Nice hotel , been staying for many years on trips to the area, got to say the rooms never seem to change and are now very dated, mould on bathroom ceiling , loose tiles , poor finish throughout, cracked sink, Many stains on the carpet , certainly needs replacing!! Asap , Nice bar area , Lovely breakfast bit over priced .Paid £171 family room only for the night , breakfast was at extra cost

  How a hotel profits from being the largest hotel in Altrincham, but does not give any value to their customers...The bed was horrible, and I just read the following comment on a review from September from another guest: "We are sorry to hear that you found the bed not to your liking. These were all replaced within the last year, we understand that bed comfort is down to personal preference, however we strive to provide a restful experience for all of our guests." I would recommend the person answering the reviews to sleep in the rooms guests complain about, one night is sufficient. I can definitely say that my mattress was not replaced in the last year (unless the hotel inverted in some cheap mattresses?), all bumpy causing backaches. That does not have anything to do with personal preference. I tried to sleep in the middle of the bed where the mattress was still a bit hard.Earplugs are definitely needed. I took them with me after reading some of the reviews and am glad I did. Lots of noise from the road outside and you could hear the people in the rooms next to you talking and hear their tv.No fridge in the rooms, both lamps next to the bed were not working, windows in horrible state.My bathroom was redone to have a walk in shower and was lucky to have a radiator so that at least the bathroom was warm, however colleagues of mine had the old bathroom without any heating, which is not great after you step out from under the shower. 1 small towel and 1 large towel for showering but had to ask for a bad mat.I understand that management does not care about the state of the hotel, some paint does not solve the real issues that are existing but as said before, if you are the only large hotel in the city, you can permit not worrying about all those negative comments, because you anyhow will get booked. By the way, at the reception there was a sign saying that if you would leave a review less then a 9, please talk with management about your concerns. Honestly, to get a 9 or more, things really need to change. Positives? Close to the city center, okay breakfast and some of the staff was very friendly.
