Facility

The hotel has 5 lifts and features 285 rooms and 7 suites. The reception desk is open round the clock. Amenities include a baggage storage service, a safe and a currency exchange service.     I reserved the King City suite for my son's birthday in order to visit Bubble Planet, and my goodness! What a stunning hotel and hotel suite. We usually stay at the Premiere Inn when visiting a location. We were astounded by this hotel as soon as we set foot inside. 🥰 Upon entering the hotel, one is immediately struck by the delightful aroma. The hotel room, a king city suite, was spotless, and the complimentary fridge was brimming with crisps, sweets, and beverages. The air conditioning was exceptional, and the bathroom was large, featuring a shower and bath, as well as exquisitely fragranced wash products. Complimentary water, tea, coffee, hot chocolate, sugar, and a variety of towels and flannels are available. We will certainly be back if we return to Piccadilly in Manchester. The staff were all amazing and gave us free early check-in. This is a beautiful luxurious hotel.     Very very nice hotel , we stayed before travelling to the airport. All areas of the hotel are clean. Staff are polite and friendly. Lovely hot breakfast. Perfect city centre / Piccadilly station location. Room was beautiful, clean and has everything you need. Was a reasonable price too considering prices of the airport hotels and with trains to the airport every few minutes we will definitely return !     Hotel very reasonable and room and bathroom spotless. Spent the evening in the bar and decided to eat there rather than in a restaurant. Food was fine, cost was fair. Amazing service by Erica and William, the bar staff. Friendly, efficient and took time to ensure that we had everything we needed.Reception also very helpful and managed to get my kindle on line for me. Kept the suitcase during the day so that I didn't have to lug it to the meeting. I'll be back there next year.     Really comfortable stay for work. Location was quiet enough but still really handy for the station. Staff Erica and William were really friendly and welcoming.     Usually I don’t leave reviews, but I came in for a coffee today and had a disappointing experience.As soon as I walked in, the lady behind the counter was on her phone. I said hello, but she didn’t hear me because she was busy scrolling. I ordered my coffee and she said she would bring it to my table.After waiting 18 minutes, I had to go back up and ask if I could please have my coffee. Another lady then made it within a minute. Unfortunately, there was no apology for the wait or acknowledgement of the situation.Very disappointing customer service.
