Location

Located in the heart of the city, the apartments are 300 m from the Deansgate shopping area. The G-Mex Centre and MEN Arena are 1500 m from the apartments. There are numerous restaurants, bars, clubs and public transport links nearby. The beach at St Annes is just over an hour’s drive away and the train station is about 2 km from the establishment. Manchester United FC and Manchester City FC are about 3 km and 4 km away, respectively. The Museum of Science and Industry is about a 3-minute walk away. Liverpool John Lennon Airport is about 5 km away and Manchester Ringway International Airport is about 1 km away.

    We arrived here for a 7 night stay due to being displaced from our as a result of a catastrophic flood.Our initial specification for suitability was car parking and the ability to accommodate our two cats.These specifications were met. However, having checked into Flat 7, we wished that we had included the need for windows in our requirements. How anyone can enjoy a stay in any apartment with only sky-lights is beyond me!Apart from this the WiFi connection was atrocious. Connection was hit and miss. As my wife was working from ‘home’, we had no option but to relocate after two nights.Disappointed

    Nice huge flats in the middle of the city

    Very nice and huge flats located in the middle of manchester. The staff is also very helpfull.The only problem was the noise from the street and restaurants around.10 to 15 min walk to the main parts of the city and 2 min walk to mosi.

    Nobody was at the property to meet us as agreed, keys were hidden inside coded door.Too over priced for what it is. No option for a price of only 3 people and apt sleeps 4.The smell in the communal area of this property is gross!!Apartment was clean but too far away from everything.

    Clean, perfectly functional, great location and an easy place to stay. Mila is very friendly and helpful in arranging access to the building and its great having a kitchen and more space when I'm in Manchester for a few nights. Would recommend

    perfect weekend away, short walk to pubs and shops, Indian next door useful on the way back from a night out.rooms had under floor heating which was lovely, Jacuzzi bath fabulous too. I would recommend as a place to stay much better and cheaper than a hotel for a group of 4.
