    great overnight stay on room 405 at Ibis budget Manchester

    The staff was very friendly and the location was excellent as there was a tram and bus stop nearby. The rooms are big and the beds are comfortable and the room is clean and tidy. The toilets in our room were ok so I do recommend staying in room *405*. The breakfast is something you would expect from a budget Ibis. My Mum went to the Ibis budget hotel after she went to go to see the show at the Manchester arena in June 2025 just to stay for overnight before going home on the next day. Not very heartfelt and varied.     Horrible stay unprofessional customer service

    AVOID! Upon arrival we were greeted with blood stained bed sheets and moldy toilet paper. Made IBIS aware of this and are currently ignoring my emails stating there is nothing they can do, even though I have provided with photographic timestamped and location evidence. Customer service is shocking as they act as though they do not care. Floor was dirty, looked like the place hadn’t been mopped in years. Genuinely avoid if you value hygiene at all. Worth paying a bit more to stay in something you can call a hotel.
