    Worst mistake

    rating02 Jun 2026

Got harassed by 1 staff asking for review and had one senior staff in reception with arrogant attitude. All was good still left 4 star for the hotel with those feedbacks. Now I get £100 parking fine for staying 31 mins over by 24 hrs paid parking and the hotel says they can’t help with this.I have my VAT receipts that says I am allowed to park till 4:29 pm and thats precisely when I tried and left the building. Everyone that I’ve told about this is appalled. I rue the day sky scanner suggested me this hotel when I specifically searched with filter for hotel with parking. If you don’t have a parking, don’t advertise and scam customers. I pay £20.60 for hotel parking which was the most I have paid in my 2 week holiday and of all the places, yours is the one that issued the parking fine too. Completely unacceptable.

    The worst hotel ever.

    rating30 May 2026

This is probably the worst Accor hotel I've ever stayed in.1. The door of room #808 I was given looks like it has been hit by something repeatidly. See attached.2. When you open the door it doesnt close properly leaving the room vulnerable to robbery. Reception subsequently repaired it.3. The air conditioning in the room was broken. Reception was unable to fix it as it was late. My wife and I had a bad night.4. The wifi in the hotel didnt work. See attached.5. The general manager should be reprimanded for selling a defective room to a guest. Let alone, to a Limitless member.

    Shocking.

    rating30 May 2026

Very poor experience, the quality and value for money did not meet our expectations! The rooms maintenance, cleanliness and service did not match the price we paid for our stay! The noise level was shocking, the walls are paper thin so if you have any noisy neighbours you’ll hear everything…Only convenience for us was the location of the hotel before the AJ bell run.If people are looking to stay at this hotel, think twice and pay a little more! The money you spend to stay here will be wasted, you’ll have such a better expertise elsewhere.

    Wouldn’t stay here again

    rating09 May 2026

Good location. The hotel is very dated and definatly not 4*. We had 2 room keys only one worked. Wrong information given about parking so cost more than if we had booked offsite parking. Breakfast was good but after I came home reflected on a comment made by staff at end off breakfast they threw away the pastries I said it was such a waste and the response was they didn’t want them being put out the next morning by the kitchen staff. Not good. Would I stay here again NO there are a lot nicer hotels in Manchester for a similar price.
