    Lena, one of the barstaff, was lovely and made the stay an absolute pleasure. Always helpful and really lovely conversationalist.

    We arrived at 1.45am and were greeted by happy helpful members of staff Nothing was too much trouble and although it was only one night we had a great night and excellent breakfast in morning Great place to stay

    The perfect location for Manchester airport. Clean, comfortable and extremely good value for money. Only 5 minutes to the airport.

    We stayed here for one night.and thought this is a clean place we had food and breakfast we were served on the night by a lovely waitress called molly. Nothing was too much trouble for her it was quite busy but she controlled the restaurant she knew what she was doing 10 out of ten for her. The breakfast service wasn’t so good. Plates left on tables. And ran out of food had to wait a good 10 mins to get topped up. Perhaps they need moot there to show them what to do.

    We arrived at the hotel and where greeted by Simon. He helped us check in at the kiosk. Such a lovely man, fast and efficient. We laughed and joked with him, making the nights stay before our holiday great. I can honestly say that this was the fastest check-in of any hotel we have stayed in. Keep up the good work Simon your customer service is 5*
